Our Story
Neurolinq was born from a profound recognition: too many neurodivergent individuals face unnecessary barriers to assessment, diagnosis, and support. Long waiting lists, impersonal services, and a lack of understanding often stand between people and the clarity they need to thrive.
Founded by experienced neurodevelopmental nurses, Neurolinq represents a new approach—one that combines clinical excellence with genuine human connection. We believe that professional healthcare should never feel cold or transactional. Instead, it should be welcoming, affirming, and empowering.

Meet Our Founder
A Personal Commitment to Neurodiversity
With over a decade of experience in neurodevelopmental healthcare, our founder recognised the urgent need for ADHD services that are accessible, clinically robust, and genuinely compassionate. After witnessing the life-changing impact that timely assessment and the right support can have, she created Neurolinq to bridge that gap.
Our founder holds a First-Class Honours degree in BSc Mental Health Nursing and a PGCert in Independent Nurse Prescribing (V300), and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She has completed UKAAN-accredited ADHD assessment training and has gained extensive clinical experience within the NHS, where she developed high standards in diagnostic assessment, medication initiation, titration and long-term management.
She brings not only advanced clinical expertise, but also genuine lived understanding to every interaction ensuring each person feels seen, heard and supported throughout their journey.
Beyond clinical practice, our founder is a dedicated advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace. She provides specialist training and coaching to organisations, helping them build environments where neurodivergent individuals are not just accommodated, but empowered to thrive.
At Neurolinq, her vision remains simple: to ensure every neurodivergent person has access to the support, understanding and clarity they deserve so they can live confidently, comfortably, and as their authentic selves.
