Payment Options

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Insurance & Reimbursement

While we are a private service, many private health insurance policies cover neurodevelopmental assessments. We provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Please check with your insurance provider before booking to understand your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
